The Telecommunications market will see an increasing number of operators and technologies overlap and compete, which will put margins under pressure. As this happens, the Telecommunication market is calling out for innovative solutions that will give them both competitive edge as well as improved profitability.

By bringing the two groups together, there is virtually no overlap or duplication. In fact, we can allow the various operations to continue as-is in the short term.

But the opportunity that it brings to us is the ability to build and fuse an array of Managed Services that cover the entire spectrum across the business units. These solutions and services will be developed, implemented and operated by new and existing leaders. We will be drawing on the skills and knowledge learnt in the three Business Units, namely Venture-TELCO and Quintica-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
